Service Description

In this online Zoom class you will learn how to make amazing Danish Æbleskiver (pancake balls). They are a traditional Christmas breakfast food. This class does require special equipment: Æbleskiver pans. They can be purchased online from Amazon and occasionally can be found at larger restaurant supply stores that carry cast iron pans. Please feel free to join us and learn how to make them even if you don't currently have a pan.

To reschedule please give us 24 hours notice. For participants who are unable to make the live class and have not rescheduled within 24 hours of the start of class, a recording will be emailed out after each session.
