Online Gluten Free Pie Crust Class
We will learn to make 2 types of crust one will be dairy free.

You will receive recipes before each class. If you need any of the ingredients like Eating Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, oat flour, or xanthan gum I will have those items available for purchase earlier in the week. Classes will be hands-on, we will cook & bake together, and class participants will be able to ask questions as we go. Each class will be recorded and each participant will be given access to the recordings after the class ends. See Below for a list of all our offered classes. Friday March 5th @ 7pm-8:30pm: Apple Fritters (Spudnut fried doughnuts) Saturday March 13th @ 11am-12:30pm: Pie Crusts (Dairy Free, Dairy Version) Friday March 19th @ 7pm-8:30pm: Honey Oat Bread (DF), Pizza Crust, Fry Bread Saturday March 27th @ 11am-12:30pm: Muffins (4 varieties) (DF options) Friday April 2nd @ 7pm-8:30: Cinnamon Rolls (DF options) Skipping Sat April 10th for Spring Break Friday April 16th @7pm: Graham Crackers, Chocolate Chip Cookies Saturday April 24th @ 11am-12:30: Dinner Rolls, Kolaches (DF options) Friday April 30th @ 7pm-8:30pm: Sugar Cookies (multiple varieties) (DF options)
To reschedule please give us 24 hours notice. For participants who are unable to make the live class and have not rescheduled within 24 hours of the start of class, a recording will be emailed out after each session.
